Most decks under 500 sq ft take 1–2 weeks from start to walkthrough, weather permitting. Larger decks run 2–4 weeks. We give you a specific date range in the quote.
One-third on signing, one-third when material is delivered and work begins, one-third on final walkthrough. We never ask for full payment upfront.
Yes, within reason. Small changes (finish choices, hardware swaps) we absorb. Anything that affects materials we've already ordered or significantly changes scope goes through a written change order so you see the cost impact before we proceed.
Yes — we pull all required permits and coordinate inspections with the city or county. Permit fees are itemized in your quote so there are no surprises.
Yes. Demolition, haul-away, and disposal are included in our quote when applicable. We protect surrounding landscaping and clean the site daily.
Spring through fall is ideal for outdoor builds in the Treasure Valley. We do work through winter on covered/indoor jobs and on outdoor builds when weather allows. Booking 4–6 weeks ahead of your ideal start gets you the best slot.
